This 18k gold pendant features a 1.15 carat shield-cut pink sapphire and 0.04 carats total weight diamonds. Designed and handcrafted by Hunt Country Jewelers. This sapphire has been heat-treated. The pendant measure about 1″ tall and 1/4″ wide.
